This is two walking poles that I made for myself, They worked so well I decided to make them for sale on my web site. The poles are custom made to a person's height. They are aluminum rods covered with plastic. they are very strong and will not break. The poles sell for $25.00 each plus UPS shipping. The question often asked. is what is the right size pole for me? My answer is, what you are comfortable with. AS A RULE, THE POLE SHOULD BE 6 TO 8 INCHES ABOVE YOUR ELBOW WITH YOUR ARMS BY YOUR SIDE. The walking stick that I make has a handle. The handle should be at your wrist while standing. The walking sticks on the left picture are made of iron rods and with a bicycle type handle.

The one on the right is made like my walking poles with an aluminum rod and plastic cover and a foam handle cover.

As you can see I can make several styles with a assortment of handles, for your walking pleasure and safety.
