| I cut a border the same size as the magnetic sign will be, pick the vinyl leaving the borders as shown. | Pre-mask as usual use the roller to roll down the application tape. | After pre masking trim the sign to the borders now you are ready to place on the magnetic blank. | Wet both the vinyl and magnetic blank with rapid-tac real good .roll from the center out. Leave the mask on at this stage. |

|
Before removing the mask. trim around the borders. You can bend the magnetic to break. at this point the pre-mask should just about float off/ Blot the sign with paper towel. Re roll sign. |

This the last and most important step is to round corner the magnetic sign. The corners are first to fail. If you don't have one cut around a coin works just as good but round corner. Hope all this helps some Thanks Henry G |
This is how i do magnetic signs in my sign shop it may not be the best way but this is how you can use the roller to apply the vinyl wet. I like a product call rapid-tac get at any sign supply co. For best result use lots of it and roll from the center out I have made many magnetic signs and not had any failures that i know of. What i like is you don't have to get the magnetic piece square the computer does that for you. All you have to do is trim to the right size border.
